The weather got colder again. Snow began to fall. Ainsley met some of Sofia's buddies. Even in this weather, Sofia still wore her "lucky" jacket. Ainsley was surprised to see that her friend, the new Mrs Max Villareal was sporting a distinct baby bump.
"Were you guys practising before the wedding?" Ainsley inquired in a half teasing, half wondering tone.
"Well" Sofia blushed "I guess we were."
"Wow" Ainsley giggled. Then she gestured for permission to feel Sofia's tummy.
"Hello little one." she cooed.
And Ainsley was spending plenty of time with Nathaniel, doing cute couple things.
"Cheese" she snapped one last selfie outside his apartment.
Back in Willow Creek, the other Pancakes were enjoying the winter weather too. Bob and Addison had fun building a snowman.

Addison hit Eliza with a snowball right in the face.
"Ops. Sorry Mum." An apology that was somewhat marred by a chuckle.
That snowball fight went on until after dark.
As the freezing months went on, Nathaniel and Ainsley could be found keeping warm; making out on her couch.
"I think it's about time you took me to bed." Ainsley suggested one evening.
"Are you sure?" Nathaniel asked, knowing her status as a first-timer.
"Yeah. I mean, Yes." Ainsley told him, taking him by the arms reassuringly and helping him up.
